CONTRACTIVE
We are typically engaged to carry out systems maintenance at regular intervals for a specified period of time, often a year, and this can be renewed regularly to incorporate any agreed amendments. Such maintenance contracts involve regular inspections at specified intervals to meet the requirements of the particular installation and the replacement of critical elements in accordance with their manufacturer's recommendation. The times of our attendance are agreed with the client, and records of all inspections are kept on-site and securely at our premises.
If during the inspection our maintenance expert finds a minor fault, or a small item that unexpectedly needs to be replaced this can often be dealt with during the same visit, thus saving costs.
We offer extremely competitive rates on all maintenance contracts without in any way reducing the high quality of our service.
